Howdy,

Boy did life just get super hectic!! For starters I spent my weekend on Long Island (pronounced as Long-guy-land to those intimidating the NY accent) here on this sweet beach working 15 hour days… 

It’s pretty tho (sigh)

  
Traveling again I hit up a local box for a partner WOD. Personally I’m a huge fan of partner workouts. You get to meet someone new, you push yourself to not let them down and you cheer each other on. 

Not to mention the whole making scary rep numbers seem a bit easier… 

With partner:
